Welcome to NudeLive ("NudeLive", "we", "us"). NudeLive is a free directory of live cam performers. By accessing this website you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy & Cookie Policy, and our 18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. You must be 18 or older

This website contains adult, sexually explicit material. By entering you affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), that such material is legal where you view it, and that you are accessing it for your own personal use. You confirm your age when you enter the site; we do not ask for or store identity documents.

2. What NudeLive is

NudeLive helps you discover live cam rooms. The live streaming, chat, accounts, tipping and token purchases are operated by our streaming partner (Chaturbate) on cams.nudelive.com and are governed by that partner's own terms and privacy policy, which you accept when you use those features. NudeLive does not host the live video or process payments.

3. Advertising / affiliate relationship

NudeLive earns referral commissions when visitors register or purchase on our streaming partner's platform after following links from this site. This does not change what you pay. We disclose this relationship in the interest of transparency.

4. Top Models program

The Top Models feature lets visitors cast one free vote per device per day for performers who appear on the live feed. Public vote counts are shown in banded ranges. Full rules are on the methodology page. Performers may request removal at any time via model opt-out.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to bypass the age gate on behalf of a minor, scrape or overload our services, or use the site where it is unlawful. Performer names, images and pages are provided from the live feed for directory purposes; do not reuse them to harass, impersonate, or defame anyone.

6. Intellectual property & DMCA

Trademarks and content belong to their respective owners. Copyright or content complaints can be sent through our DMCA / copyright and content-report channels, or to us at support@nudelive.com.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NudeLive is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the third-party services it links to.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida for any dispute arising from your use of this website.
